Support
Any product returned by Customer must be assigned a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Prior to shipping a product for repair, please fill out the online RMA number request form, in order to receive a RMA number.
As soon as we receive your request, a RMA number will be confirmed to you by email within one working day.
