Need to ship a product for repair ?

Any product returned by Customer must be assigned a Return Material Authorization (RMA).​ Prior to shipping a product for repair, please fill out the online RMA number request form, in order to receive a RMA number. As soon as we receive your request, a RMA number will be confirmed to you by email within one working day.​ Any returned product without its RMA number will be refused and shipped back to Customer at his/her own expenses.
