Through its custom-designed solutions, Interface Concept provides its customers with technological and industrial expertise gained over many years dedicated to its own products development.

Interface Concept offers its customers the knowledge and skills of its development team :

To optimize the development time of a " custom-designed " product, Interface Concept provides boards with their basic software. Thanks to its numerous developments, our company masters the main market real time operating systems. The latest product designs, like our Ethernet switches, have allowed Interface Concept engineers to acquire an outstanding expertise of LINUX system implementation.

Some examples of specific solutions :

1. Industrial communication system :

·        VME coupler development with complete system monitoring
·        HDLC synchronous VME 6U board development, including the complete VME interface development. pSOS+ implantation.
·        Important Level 4 EN61000-4-x EMI strains taken into consideration
·        Manufacturing and maintenance in operational conditions for more than 10 years.

2.      Secured computer for critical command control :

·        Development of a CPU board based on MC68040/60 and MC68360. This board was used both as a CPU and as a FIP and Ethernet communication coupler.
·        This board and software have managed the redundant running with an exchange capacity once switched on
·        Complete auto-tests execution mechanism in real time during exploitation
·        VxWorks system setting up.

 

3.       Command control in embedded railway :

·        Development and manufacturing of a converter monitoring board based on DSP Texas and Xilinx programmable components (FPGA).
·        Multipe voltage supply integration
·        Implantation of a specific customer operating system
·        Climatic, mechanical environments and EMI strains due to embedded railway applications.

 

4.       Communication board for Defence :

·        " Catalogue " PowerQuicc-based PMC board adaptation
·        Programmable component modification in order to take specific functions into account
·        Basic software and pSOS implantation modification
